Child safety standards
Spottix is operated by Himalya Nextgen Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This page describes our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and how we respond to child safety concerns.
Zero tolerance
Spottix has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Such content is prohibited on our platform and results in immediate account action.
In-app reporting
Signed-in users can report any spot or post from the feed or spot detail screen using the flag/report option. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
Moderation and enforcement
Our admin team reviews abuse reports, removes violating media, suspends or bans accounts, and preserves records required for legal compliance.
Authority reporting
When we become aware of CSAM or CSAE, we report it to the appropriate regional and national authorities in India, including as required under the IT Act and applicable child protection laws.
Age requirement
Spottix is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
How to report in the app
- Sign in to your Spottix account.
- Open the spot or post you want to report.
- Tap the flag icon and submit your report.
- Our moderation team will review it promptly.
